Pre-Owned Service Advisor | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane | Fortitude Valley We are seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our high-performing team at our Fortitude Valley site. As a Pre-Owned Service Advisor , you will play a key role in coordinating the preparation and reconditioning of premium pre-owned vehicles, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to the highest Mercedes-Benz standards. Key Responsibilities Quoting and coordinating all reconditioning work Invoicing all reconditioning work accurately and efficiently Organising all aftermarket work, including purchase orders Coordinating detailing requirements for pre-owned vehicles Monitoring and maintaining KPI targets Liaising with customers regarding repair and diagnostic work where required Working closely with the Sales Department regarding vehicle history, preparation, and delivery requirements Organising and maintaining spare books and vehicle keys Managing internal communication between workshop, sales, and external suppliers to ensure smooth vehicle turnaround Whats in it for you?
